These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and LATIN HDZGLEZ LLC, a business located at 4596 W 4955 S, Salt Lake City - 84118-5422, United States (US). The service described on this website is presented by the Company and developed by the developer LatinHdzglez.
By browsing the website, requesting a quote, booking crew dispatch, accepting a contract for small-job work, or telephoning the trade desk at +19038710612, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you should not purchase or request the services and you should not use the website for anything beyond a simple read of this page.
These terms apply to the website, the contact desk, and the coordination work of the Company. They do not overwrite a signed contract drawn up for a specific project; where a specific written contract exists for a job, that contract governs the job and these terms cover anything the contract does not address.
LATIN HDZGLEZ LLC is a coordinator, not a single construction firm and not an employment agency. The Company helps Latin-owned trades and their customers meet in an orderly way. Its work falls into six service cells.
The Company coordinates, does not fabricate, and is not a licensed contractor itself. Each crew that performs the physical work carries its own licences, its own insurance and its own responsibility for the manner of the work, subject always to the oversight and coordination duties in these terms.
You must be at least eighteen years of age to request work through the Company, to accept a quote, or to open a customer account. By using the service you confirm that you are of legal age and that you have the authority to arrange work on the property you name in the request.
The Company serves property owners, tenants with the owner permission, and managers of small businesses. If you are a tenant, you must hold permission from the owner before binding the property to a contract for repairs or seasonal care. The Company may ask you to confirm that permission in writing.
The service operates principally in the Salt Lake Valley and surrounding Utah areas served by the Company. Coverage can change, and a request from outside a served area may be declined without further obligation.
A request begins when you describe the work, give a location and a schedule, and send the request to the trade desk by form, email to message@latinhdzglez.buzz, or telephone at +19038710612.
A request is an invitation to quote, not a binding order. Until you accept a written quote, no price is firm and no crew is booked. The Company may reply with questions, may visit the property to measure, or may recommend a different trade where your own request does not quite fit the job. You are never obliged to accept the recommended crew.
Quotes are offered in good faith on the information you give. If the true scope turns out to differ materially from what you described, the crew may need to revise the price before extra work begins, and you keep the right to stop before that paid work starts.
For small jobs the Company can act as the contracting party on your side of the table. A small job in these terms means a repair, an installation, a refresh or a fit-out that prints a clean line on a single job card and is completed in a practical number of working days.
Completion is marked by an agreed list of finished work. Any defect in the listed work that the crew must correct is set out in the warranty section below. You will be asked to sign or confirm the completion note when the work is done so that the record stays honest on both sides.
The crews the Company schedules are independent Latin-owned businesses. They are not employees of LATIN HDZGLEZ LLC. Each crew brings its own tools, its own materials buying authority, its own workers and its own responsibility for the conduct of those workers on the site.
Because the Company curates the network, it does take on coordination duties: it checks licences and insurance before a crew joins the board, it keeps the schedule, and it answers the phone when something goes wrong. Where the law treats a coordination business as separately responsible for a failing, these terms do not try to remove that legal responsibility. Where the law allows, however, the Company and the individual crew each carry the part of the risk that belongs to them, and you agree that the Company is not an insurer of a crew failure that belongs to the crew alone.
Dispatch is the daily heart of the service. When a job is confirmed, the Company fixes the date, confirms the address, gives the crew the scope, and sets a sensible arrival window.
Dispatch time windows are estimates built on real traffic and real schedules, not guarantees of a minute precise arrival. The Company works to be honest about timing rather than optimistic, because a clear window respects your day more than a false promise.
A smooth job depends on both sides holding up their share. You agree to the following on each job.
If you fail to provide safe access or withhold a point you knew about, and that failure causes a delay, a defect or an injury, you may carry part of that responsibility under law, and the Company will make its best honest case about who should bear what.
Every accepted quote records the price in writing before any paid work starts. Prices are stated in United States dollars and include the materials and labour described in the scope unless a quote says otherwise in clear words.
The Company does none of the physical cash guessing. A quote is not a blank cheque, and a crew that inflates the price after the fact without an agreed change line is out of line with the rules of the cooperative.
Plans change, and the Company tries to make that easy without letting empty days hurt real crews. The rules are simple and fair on both sides.
Cancellation is requested through the same desk used to book: +19038710612 or message@latinhdzglez.buzz.
Good crews stand behind the boards they fix and the corners they turn. Each accepted contract carries a working warranty on the finished work in these terms.
To claim, write to the desk describing the issue and the job number. The Company coordinates the correction visit just as it coordinated the original job. A warranty does not promise that natural wear, weather or misuse will not mark a surface over time.
Nothing in these terms removes or limits liability that the law does not allow a business to remove, including liability for death or injury caused by negligence, fraud, or a breach that safety law forbids excluding.
Where the law does allow limits, the Company liability is capped carefully. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LATIN HDZGLEZ LLC liability under or in connection with any job or these terms is limited to the amount actually paid for the job in question. The Company is not liable, to the same extent permitted by law, for lost profits, lost savings, or indirect or incidental damage arising out of a coordination lapse, rather than direct damage to the physical work itself, which remains covered by the warranty and any crew own insurance.
These limits apply together with the fact that each independent crew carries its own responsibility and its own insurance for the physical act of the work.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless LATIN HDZGLEZ LLC, its coordinators and its service providers from claims, losses and reasonable costs that arise from your breach of a responsibility described in these terms, such as sending the crew into harm you knew about and did not disclose, or letting a person without authority bind the property to a job.
This indemnity does not cover a loss that the crew or the Company caused by its own failure to act with reasonable care. It only fairly balances the harm that flows from information you were asked to give and chose to withhold. You are never asked to promise that a defect cannot happen; this clause is about honest disclosure, not about protecting careless work.
Some honest jobs need two trades in one week. A refer comes into play when the Company hands part of a job to a second, trusted crew: for example, the framing crew roughs a space and a finishing crew closes it the following week.
If a handoff fails, the Company treats the whole job as its responsibility to get back on track, because the customer hired a coordinated sequence, not a guessing game. The separate crews remain independently responsible for the physical quality of their own slice under the warranty section.
The website exists to explain the service, take requests and point customers to the trade desk. You agree not to use it in a way that interferes with its safe running.
The site is provided as is, and the Company does not promise that it will never break. Downtime for maintenance is normal and brief, and a request sent during a pause is still fine to follow up by telephone at +19038710612.
The design, wording, writing system and structure of this website belong to the developer LatinHdzglez and to the Company, LATIN HDZGLEZ LLC. The honeycomb presentation, the service names in the six cells, and the page composition are original work of the developer for the Company.
You may read and share a page with its links intact. You may not copy whole sections with the intent to pass them off as your own trade, nor reuse the distinctive arrangement of the site to build a competing look-alike without written permission. Small, fair and personal quoting for honest review is welcome; systematic reuse for a rival list is not.
The request form and the contact desk collect a small set of details needed to run a job, as explained fully in the Privacy Policy. Those two documents work together: the Privacy Policy tells you what happens to your data, and these terms set the rules for the relationship itself.
In short, the Company holds the name, address, phone and job notes necessary to dispatch and to follow up, treats crew records with the same care, sells no data and sends no unrelated advertising. Your right to see, correct or delete your details, and the Company address of LATIN HDZGLEZ LLC at 4596 W 4955 S, Salt Lake City - 84118-5422, are all set out in that policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and, to the extent a state law applies, the laws of the State of Utah, where the Company has its seat at 4596 W 4955 S, Salt Lake City. You and the Company agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts that serve that location for any dispute the law does not require to go elsewhere.
The Company may revise these terms occasionally to reflect a change in the service, a new law, or a fix that keeps the terms honest. A revised version is posted on this page with a fresh last updated date. Continued use of the service after a posted change means you accept the revised terms for activity from that day onward, and nothing in a revision reaches back into a job already finished unless the law requires it.
If any single part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest of the terms stay in force, and the unenforceable part is read down to the smallest extent the law allows.
Questions, requests to cancel, warranty claims and formal notices all reach the same desk. The Company answers promptly and keeps a record of every conversation so nothing is believed false on either side later.
